In my eyes the shape was horrible, at least for a competition like arnold classics. Take a look at athletes like Manuel bauer, they look better off-season than Ronny did on ASC.

I don't know what you'r trying to tell me. No i am not a Pro, if you mean this, just a NABBA Amateur and haven't got as mass as Ronny. Of course he's a great athlete and i respect him but was he "ripped" on ASC? Not at all.

Why don't u show us some pics of yaself ? Maybe you're a amateur bb but come on , if u say that ronnie wasn't in shape u should better show us what shape means to u ^^
