Wie hwlp schon erklärte ist Leucin die Schlüsselaminosäure allerdings darf/sollte Sie nicht alleine genommen werden. Problem ist bei reinem Leucin es fehlen die anderen BCAA´s und wenn man ein 2:1: 1 Supp nimmt dann kommt man nicht auf den höheren Leucingehalt im Verhältnis zu den anderen.
Die Mischung 4:1:1 würde das Problem insofern besser lösen

Ums Training rum ist die Kombi 4:1:1 wirklich potenter, denk ich. Wenn man's verteilt über den Tag nehmen würde, z.B. in einer Diät, fährt man mit 2:1:1 aber auch sehr gut!

Es wird wohl mit Geschmack werden, was sich jedoch nicht so sehr auf den Preis auswirkt...
