Place the pulleys on a high position above your head and cross your arms grasping a rubber cable end with each hand. Take a step back and place your feet together equal distance between the two pulleys. Keep your torso upright and begin with your arms crossed with your palms facing you. While keeping your elbows stable, extend your arms down simultaneously to your sides with your palms always facing you. Prevent your arms from locking out in the bottom position and proceed to return your hands back up to the starting position in a controlled motion.
