This movement is one of my all-time favorites for building dense mass in the forearms and side to side thickness in the upper arms. The CONCENTRATION DB HAMMER CURL positions the arm optimally for maximum recruitment of the brachioradialis and brachialis, while putting the biceps in the "back seat." Hard work on this exercise will make long sleeve shirts hard to find, and tank tops the most comfortable and desirable alternative! While this movement will provide a sick pump on RR and SHOCK weeks, I enjoy it best for 4-6 strict reps with as big a DB as I can handle!
