Ronnie Coleman, 8 X Mr Olympia, demonstrates the hammer strength row which is a great finishing exercise. The use of two different grip variations will help to hit the entire back.
Aim for 2x2 sets of 15 and 12 reps respectively with one arm and then two arms.

Coleman has won himself the title of Mr Olympia 8 times as well as multiple other competitions. All of these victories has turned his name into one of the most legendary in bodybuilding.
